EMC2 has the "HOME_OFFSET" parameter, that moves the home position to
an arbitrary distance from the home switch or home switch-plus-index-pulse
location.  But, on the dual gantry setup, the two sides need to be kept 
coordinated
at all times, so the homing needs to be done in a synchronized manner.
