After getting started, something seems funny. In the pncconf test window, something is interfering with proper operation of the stepgen. It runs, but when it decides to stop, I have to back out of the window, and try again. When I run linuxcnc (2.6.0) when I try to move, it says joint 0 following error. I am not clear where to head in at here, I don't see anything to do with encoder setup anywhere.
