The buss voltage on the infeed module is perfect at 600vdc and rock steady. The UVW connections at the infeed module are where I'm seeing wildly varying voltages. My circuit is 245vac at the fuses > to a three phase transformer to 385vac > to the commutating reactor and coming out of it the voltage varies from 475v to 550v at UVW on the infeed module.
I'll get the part numbers when I get back from town. Oh and the symptoms are after running a bit when rapid the Z it starts to grunt then the drive trips out, also if I try and run the spindle from 0 to anything higher than 2000 the drive trips out. I have jacked with the caps on the phase converter and with it wildly out of balance been able to go from 0 - 6k rpm for a bit.
