The parameters are not unitless, so will vary even on identical
hardware between mm and inch machines, and depending on whether the
pwmgen is calibrated in volts, % or 0-1.
(and also, I think, depending on the servo thread rate, though I would
have to look inside PID to see if that is considered.)
