Oh, and of course, you can buy a bunch of micro-ITX power supplies for
these 7" square CPUs.  The lower-powered ones are fanless.  You only need
25 W for an Atom, so a 50 W supply is adequate even with a rotating hard
drive.  I got a few little boxes from Directron, NewEgg also sells these
sorts of things.  Even MicroCenter may have this.
