yes sometimes im crabby I gotta go to work in 30 min :( I could have been easier just trying to say its a very solid machin deserving of ballscrews and servos but im not there yet !! I posted so me phots somewhere but i cant remember where and I need to take some more. I have thought of flaking the ways but I really like the polymer solutions for reducing friction, It does have tensioned leadscrews but not floating in bearings . Ive been working quite a b it of overtime so maybe i will have some coin to toss towards this soon. I thank you fellas for the responses and I am going to try the melted delrin as we have some lathe stubs at work and I think it will make a temporary resolution, the spray stuff has got my attention but i think it will be temporary needing frequent service :( so im still thinking on that
