These guys are great, I buy photoresist film from them, they are half 
the price of
other distributors.  We have a place in St. Louis that had barrels of 
lightly used
PCB drill bits, and I bought a lifetime supply.  Shapiro Supply is the 
outfit, but
they won't select sizes for you.  If you are in the area, they may still 
have those barrels
and you can fish out what you want.
