I think if you look at the capabilities of the Bone, it might be hard to justify adding your board. (Note that I haven't looked at the detailed specs.) The Bone has multiple encoders support. How does the rate supported compare with the rate of your boards? The Bone can drive multiple steppers at a high rate. Compare with your boards. The Bone has multiple pwm outputs. How do the number of outputs, resolution, and rate compare to your boards? I think that those are key questions you will need to be able to answer.
