Unless you can "attend" at that particular time, you have no say whatsoever - just like the existing management committee those there can do as they choose. Disband the Management Committee - definitely Replace it with this format "agreed" yesterday - definitely not. Obvious from the "agreed" items that the old "Board of Directors" still rule the roost as the only subject of any real merit was not discussed!
