Hello Pete and John. I was just checking the board using halcmd on the console.
I'm not quite informed about how to use pncconf since It seems it's not ready for the 5i25. I opted for the manual option because I only need to create 1 pwm gen and 1 encoder for testing purposes. The main doubt is why I can't see the pwmgen pins. I'm checking your link right away John. I'll let you know if I can start it.
