Well I tried to execute your configuration and it seems that there's something missing on my system because I only have the encoder pins generated.
For example in your config you use the "hm2_5i25.0.7i77.0.1.analogena" or the "hm2_5i25.0.7i77.0.1.analogout0" that are created at startup but I don't have them. I have worked with the 5i20 only so this is a little strange for me. I don't see in your configuration any pwmgens for example. Is this normal with this board?. By the way I'm using the 2.5.0 version of LinuxCNC and I'm running it from the ram without a hdd because I wanted to test somethings. But I don't think the problem lies on that. Any Ideas?
