Hello, I've been experiencing problems with the Z axis stalling on a Denford Novamill with a SmartStep/3 controller. I can stop this from happening by reducing the Maximum Velocity setting on the Manual tab in the GUI. However, I'm confused as to why this would override -- and thus seemingly render pointless -- the corresponding velocity configuration in the INI file.
Also does anyone know where I can find the stepper drive timing settings for a Baldor SmartStep controller?
