And that doesn't look as if it would be comfy in a 3/8" drill chuck.
I have no clue how to decode those numbers and no clue as to the proper 
holder.  Looks like the shank is about 6.35mm, flatted.  But it doesn't 
say.  If it would do the job in SS, which I intend to make the next one 
from, then thats a decent price.

Got a URL for horn?  The ones I can google all seem to miss boring bars.
