I created a quick test config, where I set _all_ pins on P2 and P3 as
outputs like this:
...gpio.nnn.is-output 1

All outputs were connected to axis.0.amp-enable pin

The results (measured on back of 5i24, where the connector lead pins stick
out of the board):
All pins on P3 change their value.
Only gpio.000 changes value on P2, other pins remain at 5V.

I tried also ...gpio.nnn.invert-output 1 for all pins.
The result is the same - all pins on P3 are inverted (both when true and
false, compared to previous test).
Only gpio.000 is inverted, all the remaining pins of P2 are at 5V.
