Thanks for the reply John. Well I was just checking that everything is
normal on the transformer side, but the problem anyway is not related to
other motors because if I only turn on the lathe, I got the same problem
and now it won't give up.

I'm about to remove the capacitors to see the ratings and find the
replacement to see if that fix the problem. I don't know if I can test
them, but anyway I want to know how much do they cost.
