Yes, that would be the Minuteman computer, the Autonetics 
D17.  Of course, these
were SERIOUSLY gold-plated ultra-ultra-high reliability 
systems meant to properly
deliver a nuclear warhead, despite the enemy's best efforts 
to knock it down.
And, they were expected to sit idling in a silo for years, 
waiting for the command that
everybody hoped never would be sent.  This computer did not 
have any other
memory, other than a few registers.
