Correct Steve.  These buttons are slightly under 1/2" square for the 
largest.  Many are only .375 square, with 1/16 radiused corners to fit 
the path cut by a 1/8" mill.

Andy found the right one I can modify for no pilot operation, so I have 2 
of those comning now.
