Unfortunately, amplitude is quite something that matters. According to my simulations, the loading of the mentioned probe should be ok, it really only the problem of securely attaching it for doing the measurements. It is not a single-shot thing, I'll need to take hundreds of waveforms without readjusting the probe, so manually holding it on or somewhere near the testpoint is not really an option.
