Good day Gene,
The Mazak M3 lathe bed has six equally spaced limit switches, which are
individually
connected to a six pole rotary switch this allows, only one limit switch to be
active.
At present I am converting the lathe to linuxcnc and will use the encoder index
pulse.
to enable a repeatable zero position.
