Gentlemen,
I propose the week of Oct 3rd through whenever the last person leaves.
Check your schedules against these dates and let the list know if you have
conflicts.
I think the goal should be to have a schedule set by July 30. That gives us
45 days to make changes and allow time for travel arrangements to be made
after July 30.
This date is nothing more than my attempt to set a goal to get everyone
here and have a good time. The date is fluid on purpose.
