This will most probably be an October 7th, 8th and 9th event.
In all honesty anyone can come at any time.
We schedule it for the entire week including the weekend. People come when
they can but most get here Thursday and Friday and go home Sunday or Monday.
We will be set up to start Monday for anyone that arrives then.
