That seems like a really under-utilised resolver, they are expensive.

It could be a momentary glitch in the commutation. Or it could be in
the position feedback. It might be hard to tell which.

Halscope might be useful, but deciding what is cause and what is
effect is likely to be tricky.

If you have a 2-channel oscilloscope then you could look at the
resolver outputs. Should be two sine waves that vary smoothly in
relative amplitude.
