from the cli, loadrt is command not found, but I wasn't smart enough to
do a halcmd first.

But I've just noticed that something has apparently set a debug command
into the 5i25 and its NOT in the configuration. So now I can see all the
stepgen.#.dbg pins. When the machine is live, just waiting to error once
an axis has been moved, like the z has been moved a couple thou from
initial position and enable time.

stepgen.N.dgb-step-rate for any axis that has been moved, but it hasn't
errored yet, shows extremely large, 5 digits, random sign, and no
decimal point, essentially raw noise that spans most of a u32 value!
I thought that was a steady clock? Its a 0 if that axis has not been
moved yet since running lcnc from a cli.

Does this sound normal?

I just checked TLM, and those dbg pins are enabled on it too, (and its
the only other working 5i25 setup,) and its working well. Looking at the
stepgen.N.dbg-step-rate pin, it runs way high, + or - 6 digits, and the
sign matches the key I pressed, and it appears to degenerate back to 0
in about 1/2 second after I release the "move it" button.

So that is how it looks in "normal" operation. Me, goes off scratching
my thinning hair, and to go see if the missus needs anything.

Thanks all.
