With a bolt thru the center as a leak, its gonna leak anyway. So grease 
it occasionally, and cleanup the mess.

One or 2 may have been considered, but then one wonders how much of its 
fatigue life has been used up.  And low profile is not normally 
advertised. :(  So figuratively speaking I am that beggar, waiting for a 
free horse named wish to ride. ;-)
