Our paper (St. Louis Post Dispatch) said that all equipment
was OWNED by the tech incubator Cortex. I don't know if any
other Tech Shops were set up that way. Cortex also owns the
building. And, Cortex wants the shop to continue, but
probably NOT at that same location.
