China and India are densily populated countries. Australia and Sweden and 
Sweden are sparsely populated countries. You got plenty of sunshine and we 
actually do to during the summer since days are longer but energy is however 
needed during winter they days are short and often cloudy. You use solar power 
and we use energy stored in trees as biofuel during winter.

I guess electrolysis of copper or alumina would be quite economical if there is 
a need to store peeks of energy.
