Here's the arbor which has a runout of under 0.0002" and the pulley blank was a
tight sliding fit as it is on the 19mm motor shaft.

The Aloris tool holder ended up being turned a number of times along with
different tools to get at each of the angles. Most of the time I used a 1/4"
HSS tool bit cut flat on top for ACME threads.

However the soft cast aluminium didn't really like that so I switched to one
with a similar angle but with top rake. However I didn't have one for RH
turning so I ended flipping the arbor a number of times.

The end result is workable although I think it needs balancing since at 3000
RPM there's a enough vibration that it wants to vibrate and move on the table.
But it's very minor.

The reason behind building this pulley was to bring the pulleys down far enough
to mate with the existing 4 step spindle pulley that has a cone on the inside
mating with the spindle bearing. The AC Servo goes where the idler was. This
photo show that the first pulley I made was too short by one pulley width. And
small enough that spindle speed was restricted to about 1500 RPM.

Now I'll get 1:1 and 2:1 with the two.

Thanks for all the suggestions.

John
