Humm, I changed the loadrt names= a bit, and restored the .edge and .trigger assignments and while I haven't tested the faulting it's at least quiet now. Expecting more freight today, will test in person at the machine when that gets here if not before. I've given up on the harmonic drives until such time as I have control over the .stl files, and ordered a 100 watt motor/encoder intended to run estate gates to see if it has the cajones to drive the bs-1's worm at the voltages I have available.
