Yes it seems good, this seems as the right place to look. Would be
interesting to know price, maybe it cost more than old machine I
bought.

Guess there is standard value on screw pitch, have not checked that
yet, just moved, measured and counted pulses.

I found micrometer have a little bit low resolution to accurately
measure backlash not much but it is on the limit. Expect wear have
reduced accuracy over the years.
