Been mucking around with some hal stuff.

I would like to be able to change hal values depending on what a if
statement says.  Basically I want to deactivate my Linuxcnc hal controlled
spindle ramp of I am rigid tapping.  Either by doing a setp on the rate of
change or swapping two hal signals.  Is that possible?
