Well in that case it's cheaper than the Swiss one. What I have found so far is 
that the cheap metric  tap+die+handle was fine for the occasional hole but 
really garbage for anything else.  I'm definitely headed in the direction that 
the quality of the threaded hole is directly due to the quality of the tap (or 
die).

I've ordered one of each of 10-24, 1/4-20 and 3/8-16.  Need to find some 
reasonable metric ones yet too.

Give the last few days anguishing over HAL file parameters and Break Out Board 
issues the experiment this afternoon watching the tap thread was quite a treat.
