This is what we make zero lash service nuts with, using heat, but how much? PETG seems to be surviving with a 250C hot end 2 mm away. The problem is cold flow, warping the plate well away from the heated location. I've added some bracing fins specifically to address that. We'll see, but ATM I'm out of filament.
