90% of my milling is 2,5D and I use SheetCAM for that (although it is not matching your preference of having CAD integrated as well). Those rare cases for actual 3D milling (for example, bathroom sink from wood) I have been using Solidworks with their integrated CAM, but I am pretty convinced to try Fusion360 based on tutorial videos I have seen.
