The 39th issue of MEA Bulletin includes reports on meetings of the Ad Hoc Joint Working Group on Enhanced Cooperation and Coordination between the Basel, Stockholm and Rotterdam Conventions and the Bureau of the sixteenth session of the Commission on Sustainable Development. This issue also offers previews of the January-June 2008 schedules for the multilateral environmental agreements we follow. The guest article was authored by Darren Swanson, International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD), and Suruchi Bhadwal, The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI).
