Hi, Shine, warm welcome to you!

Here goes my suggestion, Shine, this is also a difficult question to
me :)

I think that experience is what you get from active participation in
events, activities. It is accumulated knowledge and skill.
It is not necessary for the company to hire a graduated student
instead of an experienced person. It all depends on the employer's
decision, on what the company is seeking. Some employers do not want
to waste time and money on training. Also, fresh graduate demand more
pay.

Ability is more important than experience. If you can convince the
employer of your ability, your lack of practical experience will not
be a handicap.

Best regards

Lilian
