Shine,

I think newly graduated are avid and energetic to learn and to work!
And experienced people perhaps don't have the time or the interest to
learn 'more'. I mean, usually experienced people are also married.
In any case, they usually lack time for self-learning or for formal
studies! And I think newly graduated can have better predisposition
to do things. In Spanish there is a saying: 'A new broom sweeps
better'. I think that's valid. You can teach an old dog new tricks!
And in some professions the state of the art changes in a vertiginous
way and if you have a job and don't have time to keep yourself
updated, you can be lagging behind. It can't be the rule of thumb, but
it can happen for many. I mean newly graduated can have a better and a
fresher 'knowledge'.

Regards,

Pablo
