Thank you dear Simone;

I have corrected the previous essay taking into account some internet
vegetarian sources ;) Here it is:

Today, vegetarian diet has gained extreme popularity all over the globe.
Many people have substituted their meat-based diet with its meat-free
counterparts containing nuts, beans, seeds, fruit and vegetables. For sure,
there are certain reasons why they follow a vegetarian diet.

First and foremost, vegetarian dishes are healthier than meat-based ones.
this is mainly due to their less fat and calories which reduce the
likelihood of suffering from heart disease. Moreover, their high fibre
content facilitates the digestion process. As a result, it minimizes bowel
problems. Furthermore, animal-human disease mainly transmits through
different kinds of meat so vegetarians are less likely to get
infected.Secondly, vegetarian diet is helpful for helthy weight loss. Its
low amount of fat prevents obesity which meat eaters generally suffer to a
great extent. A further advatnage is that a vegetarian diet is cheaper than
eating meat. Finally, some people believe that it is wrong to kill animals
either in terms of their religious beliefs or their own personal philosoghy.

Nevertheless, it is clear that there are some disadvantages.
vegetarians lack a lot of the vitamis and minerals that are present in meat,
such as vitamin B12 or iron, or calcium if dairy products are not included
in the diet. There is also the social problem of not being able to have food
available at parties and restaurants.

Overall, I personally believe that human's body requires all substances
included in vegetables and various meat.
Therefore, it is not reasonable to absolutely omit any of them. Instead, one
should strike a balance between vegetarian
and meat-based diets in order live healthier.

"When you know what you want, and you want it badly enough, you'll find a way
to get it."

"Successful leaders have the courage to take action while others hesitate."
