Hello All ,

Thank you Pauline, All your advices came handy and effective for me.

I beileve that although writing various essays will definitely improve my
writing skill, correcting an essay in order to finally achieve an
academically acceptable one is of the same importance. Working on various
topics will certainly develop my vocabulary while maturing the same essay
will undoubtedly improve my style of writing. So I apologize ;) beforehand
to send you the same topic. Below, you can see Version 3 of vegetarian vs.
meat-based diet.

Today, vegetarian diet has gained extreme popularity all over the globe.
Many people have substituted their meat-based diet with its meat-free
counterparts containing nuts, beans, seeds, fruit and vegetables. For sure,
there are certain reasons why they follow a vegetarian diet.

First and foremost, foods from plant origin are healthier than meat-based
ones. Many studies have shown that vegetarians seem to have a lower risk of
obesity, heart disease and some forms of cancer. this is basically due to
less fat and calories in these diets which reduces the likelihood of various
health problems. Furthermore, animal-human disease mainly transmits through
meat products so vegetarians are less probable to get infected. Secondly, a
vegetarian diet is cheaper than eating meat and it is more convinient to
prepare a delicious meat free dish as well. Finally, some people believe
that it is wrong to kill animals either on account of their religious
beliefs or their own personal philosoghy. All these together with many other
possible reasons have persuaded people all over the world to adopt a
vegetarian diet.

However, it is clear that meat-free diets have inevitabe disadvantages if
ithey are mproperly planned. many vegetarian diets suffer from shortcomings
in essential nutrients such as Iron, zinc, vitamin B12, protein and calcium
which are absolutely necessary for growth and development. A vegetarian diet
must be supplimented by including dairy products or their equivalents from
plant origin otherwise it leads to a severe nutritional deficiency. There is
also the social problem of not being able to eat foods available at
parties and restaurants.

In my opinion, adopting a vegetarian diet is advisable in terms of health as
long as it is carefully planned to provide the body with all vital
nutrients, otherwise the disadvantages outweigh the advantages just by
omitting meat and its derived products.
