Hello PR Briana Andrew and all,

First of all, warm welcome to another ESL/Spanish teacher,Andrew!!!
(Charles, you don't have the habit to click on new members' profiles
before you write to them,do you?LOL)
Pln will be thrilled if you can come more regularly,Andrew as she's in
need of another helping hand!;)

Back to my thread now,
when I was asked a question like I asked you here,I often ask them
another question back:
(don't get me wrong though.I'm not a 'shrink'!LOL)
Is the world getting smaller?;)

Don't you find it's a similar question?
The world isn't getting smaller as I myself feel it's getting
closer!!!

Even though there are so many means of communication available on the
market,if you don't want to be found, you can always switch it
off, appear offline, sign off from the chat, make an excuse that you get
disconnected,and so on...as Andrew said.

PR is right! It's our own attitude that determines how well we
communicate with others.
Skype,Yahoo messenger,MSN or google talk all seem the same to me.
I tried Skype several times and found its quality still needs to be
improved...
Yahoo messenger is so far the best for me when using the laptop.;)

Thank you for your inputs and looking forward to more of them!
Claire
