Thank you for that lead. I am happy to have learned about the DM2 utility. I believe it has also helped get me closer to a solution. DM2 doesn't physically add any buttons or boxes to the dialog, but File-Ex does. I think this is the limitation. -- PSPad freeware editor http://www.pspad.com
