I could post the logfiles (enig*.txt) if that is any help, but on a first
glimpse i did not see any obvious errors there either.
Couldn't there be a problem with the popup when a new message arrives?
Inside that popup there usually is a preview of the message body, which
would require decryption, so maybe Enigmail would become active even before
the notification stuff is done?
