Hm, I'm really confused right now.

What I want: After hitting "Send" I don't want to see any further dialog
for missing keys etc... just encrypt it or don't encrypt it.

And you say you achieve this behavior by setting "Confirm before
sending" to "Always"?! That would really astonish me?!
For me it's: "Never"

Also setting "Key Selection" to "Manually if Keys are Missing" is not
what I want.

Either we both talk about two different things or something really weird
is happening for me?!
