The automatic wrapping of TB should work in 99% of all mail. The
remaining 1% are edge cases, such as long lines without spaces which
will break signatures in text/plain signed mails. For these Enigmails
wrapping dialog is intended. If you get it every time, then there's
something wrong with your settings.

The following should be set:

mail.wrap_long_lines true
mailnews.wraplength 72
