Hello, I got exactly the same problem today with Enigmail on Win10. The solution that worked for me: 1) Uninstall Enigmail 2) Uninstall gpg4win 3) Reinstall gpg4win (latest version). 4) Check via "Kleopatra" that you can import keys from a asc file. 5) Reinstall Enigmail I suspect the problem came from the installation of pgp WITHIN the installation of enigmail. It works fine in Linux but it seems to bug in Windows possibly because of the impossibility to change the folders attributes "read only" status. So, install PGP first, then only, install Enigmail. I don't know if it will work for you but it worked for me. Hope this helps.
