Hello Patrick, Yes I've installed Thunderbird 38.4.0 and Enigmail 1.8.2
over that. I can find the Enigmail > Key Management  menu, but it gives
a window with no menu bar -- only a title bar, then a search bar (with
the button for all keys by default) then a box (that will presumably
show all my keys) which is empty.  Right clicking the box gives a menu
that allows deletion and export of keys, but no import.  Cheers   ~Rob
