Thank you but I am aware of his work. Perhaps I was not clear. I see his
work for GnuPG 2.0.30 and I am aware of his work on Gpg4Win 3.0 which
currently contains  GnuPG: 2.1.11. And that is now two releases behind.

I asked on his mailing list if there were plans for an update when
GnuPG: 2.1.12 was first released. I never did get a reply. And now there
is  GnuPG: 2.1.13.

My question was is there a package of  GnuPG: 2.1.13 compiled for
Windows such as the package you originally wrote about that is for Mac?
