Dear listmaster, Iʼve noticed that _some_ of my mail, that is passing through your list, is got wrapped (in sense of ‘dmarc_moderation_action’).
To the best of my knowledge, thatʼs a measure, that is sometimes used to deal
with combinations of two conditions:
1. The list owner wants to modify mail passing through the list (such as
prepend ‘subject’ with a tag or add a footer) so much, that heʼd better opt for
munging them more than stop doing that at all. This seems to be the case.
2. The sender, however, explicitly prohibit doing that, by specifying ‘strict’
DMARC policy. That is *not* the case. Despite not being very happy about,
say, fake ‘reply-to’ in my letters, I do not enforce any DMARC policy at all
for this domain:
$ dig +short _dmarc.gnui.org txt
$
Nevertheless, while my first message in this thread <[email protected]> had
not been wrapped, the next two: <[email protected]> and
<[email protected]> had been, even though nothing had apparently changed on
my side.
Have I missed something or thatʼs some bug?
