Yes. The above sequence reproduces it perfectly for me. Perhaps it has a similar set of sequences of key presses that made it happen for me everytime. This was a frequent problem for me as I use keyboard shortcuts a lot.
Is this a bug and can anything be done for it?
No. It's supposed to be like that. . . Ehh - well, OK, maybe a small one.
I don't think it is very serious. It hope it disappears mysteriously some day ;-)
