xmms doesnt remember sticky state on my box because E keys off of the window name ... and the window name changes with each song ;)

It remembers other attributes, such as layers and groups just fine.
E.g. if you check "Sticky", XMMS will ask the WM to make it sticky. If you don't, it will ask the the WM to make it not sticky.
Not an E bug.
