do you write in this xterm using mouse-gestures?
sorry for sounding rude, but this example is pure bs...
there are possibilities, no question (i like mouse gestures too), but
surely not opening a xterm...

to give a few examples of useful gestures:
closing apps, sending apps to other desktops, jumping through open apps
(like pressing alt+tab), open and close new desktops, min-, maximizing
apps, ...
